Getting started

Which products can be customised?

Every product in the range can carry your logo. Volume pricing and customisation both begin at 10 units per style. Single units are available at retail pricing at any time, with no minimum.

What are the order minimums?

Volume pricing and customisation apply from 10 units per style. Below that, products are available individually at retail pricing, which is the easiest way to try one first.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Our corporate programme centres on placing your logo on existing Troubadour products. For anything more bespoke, speak to your account manager about what is feasible.

Ordering

How do I pay?

By card or by ACH and bank transfer, in advance. Production and dispatch begin once payment has cleared.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is published on every product page and applied automatically. Discounts increase with volume: 15% from 10 units, 20% from 100, and 25% from 500. Embroidery is $20 per bag, and shipping is $15 per order plus $5 per additional destination. There are no quotes to chase.

What are the timelines?

Blank orders ship in 2 to 3 business days. Customised orders are made, checked, and dispatched within three weeks of your proof approval.

Can timelines be expedited?

Often, yes. If you are working to a fixed deadline, tell your account manager when you order and we will confirm what is achievable.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Contact your account manager as soon as you can. Blank orders can usually be amended before dispatch. Customised orders can be changed up until you approve your proof; once approved, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.

What do you need for my logo?

Full details regarding logo requirements can be found during the upload process.

What is a proof, and why does it matter?

A proof shows your logo on the actual product, at exact size and placement. Nothing is stitched until you approve it, so you see precisely what you will receive before a single unit is made.

Will my logo work as embroidery?

Most logos do. Very fine detail, gradients, and long strings of small text are the exceptions, as thread cannot hold them cleanly at bag scale. Your account manager will review your artwork before proofing and tell you if anything needs simplifying.

Can I change my artwork or its placement after ordering?

Up until proof approval, yes. Tell your account manager and we will re-proof with the change. Once a proof is approved, the artwork and placement are set for that order.

Might you feature our finished order in your marketing?

Only with your permission. We may photograph finished work and feature it in our marketing, but we will always ask first, and we will never share your artwork without consent.

Shipping and guarantee

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $15 per order. If your order is going to more than one address, each additional destination is $5.

Can customised orders ship on our own carrier account?

No. Customised orders ship from us and cannot go out on a customer shipping account. Blank orders from our warehouse can ship on your account on request.

Can I change a delivery address after paying?

Contact your account manager quickly. We can usually update an address before dispatch, but not once an order has shipped.

What happens if a package is lost in transit?

Contact your account manager and we will work with the carrier to trace and resolve it.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the USA.

Do you offer customisation in the UK?

For customised orders delivered in the UK, please reach out to us for further information.

Can I cancel or return a customised order?

Customised orders are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled or returned once your proof is approved. This is why nothing is produced before you sign off.

Does the guarantee cover customised products?

Yes. Every Troubadour product is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for five years, and that cover includes your logo.
